Help Desk eshte nje sherbim per te ndihmuar ne lidhje me problemet teknike,  per nje sherbim apo nje produkt qe mund te jete i strukturuar ne disa nivele si: telefon, poste dhe nderhyrjeve te largeta.

Helpdesk lejon blerjet e te dhenave qe mund te perdoren per permiresimin e produkteve te ardhshme dhe sherbimeve qe mund te zgjidhin shpejt problemin.

Ne pergjithesi, Help Desk ka funksionet e meposhtme:

Ruajne kontaktet telefonike e perdoruesve qe perballen me probleme me hardware ose software.

Bashkeveprojme me perdoruesit per te gjetur zgjidhjen e problemeve teknike.

Zgjidhja e procesit te problemeve.

Drejtimin e kerkesave te ndryshme per qendrat e autorizuara per konsumatoret.

The help desk is a service use to help when techinal problems, for a service or a product that can be structured on several levels such as : telephone, mail and remote interventions. The Help Desks allows the acquisitions of data that can be used for the improvement of future products and services that can risolve the problem fasty.

 

Generally, the Help Desk has the following functions:

  • Salving the telephone contacts of users that face problems with software or hardware.
  • Interacting with users to find the soluction of technical problems.
  • Resolving the process of trobleshooting.
  • Directing the various requests to the authorised centers for costumers.
