We do not collect payment information, precise location, advertising identifiers, or behavioral advertising data. We do not offer public registration or third-party sign-in.

• Provide core chat functionality and account administration.

• Service providers/hosts used to run the App (bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms).

Account data is kept while the account is active or as needed for legitimate business purposes. Chat content is retained as configured by the administrator. Diagnostics and logs are kept for a limited period to maintain reliability (e.g., up to 12 months) and then deleted or anonymized.
