Specifically for the energy sector, our specialized back-office activities include contract validations, connections (activations and deactivations), transfers and changes in tariff plans, and sales support help desk.

DIGITALIZATION OF PAPER ARCHIVES

We take care of the dematerialization of paper archives in each phase: from the preparation and scanning of documents, to manual indexing or by applying barcode, up to the storage and destruction of paper archives in full compliance with safety and privacy requirements.
